When available, security video will be provided electronically through a cloud-based storage file. In cases where excessive video files are required, an external storage device may be used. In such a situation, prior payment will be required from the requesting party before any available video footage is provided.

No. Additionally, if you are seeking video footage from a location not operated by World Oil, including facilities leased by World Oil to third parties, you will need to contact those locations directly to request video footage.

If a World Oil facility is equipped with security video cameras and all equipment is functioning properly, certain security equipment may retain video up to 30-days, depending on the equipment available at the facility. World Oil makes no representations or warranties of kind that any video cameras and/or related equipment are functioning properly and are able to capture and/or store video footage.

In most cases, security video from a World Oil facility is accessed remotely via a network connection. Under certain circumstances, a qualified technician may be dispatched to retrieve the video files onsite.

No. When available, World Oil will provide video to (i) Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) and (ii) third parties with a valid subpoena.

At World Oil’s discretion, a service or processing fee may apply.

If the requested video is available pursuant to an approved video request, World Oil will endeavor to provide the video within 30 days, but World Oil does not make any representations or warranties of any kind with respect to timing.
